Ernie exceeded my expectations in many ways.  He was willing to meet with my fiancé and myself on two different occasions to finalize our play list. He had several great recommendations, and if he didn’t already have the songs that we chose, he was willing to find and record them for us. He stuck to the list 100% as well as the very important “do not play” list.   Ernie managed to improvise and reorganize the events of the day when we had a medical emergency at the beginning of our reception.  He came through with class.  I was so pleased with how he handled the entire event.  My friends complemented the music selection as well as the tone and level of the music throughout the reception.  He timed everything perfectly and as my friend put it, “He wasn’t in your face” He really and truly was exactly what we were looking for to complement our casual and elegant daytime wedding.  I was so afraid of being embarrassed by “the DJ” and I was actually proud to have Ernie a part of our wedding day. If I had a friend or family member getting married, I would highly recommend Ernie Parent as DJ and master of ceremonies. At the end of the day, Ernie came to me and said that my husband overpaid him by $200.00, which was the amount of the deposit payment.  He sent us a check in the mail for that amount when he confirmed with his office that the deposit payment was indeed already paid.  With the high cost of the wedding, it was nice to have an honest vendor willing to take the time to send us a refund within days of the oversight.
